Can you make me a custom order/ item?
I would be delighted to make you a custom item and creating one of a kind, custom pieces is our specialty. This can be done one of two ways: you have pressed flowers or items already at your disposal you would like me to preserve for you and make into jewellery or you have an idea of a design containing certain botanics or other items you would like me to make for you. Custom orders take around 2 weeks and start at £30.
My item hasn't arrived yet - what do I do?
I'm sorry to hear your item hasn't been delivered just yet. Please contact me if your item hasn't arrived in 5 days for the UK, 14 days for the US and 14 days for Europe and I will look into it for you. We keep all postal receipts and can get back to you very quickly with this information. At Christmas time, new year, easter and other holidays small delays can happen - this is out with my control. If your item doesn't reach you and I can confirm this using the tracking methods then I will send out another free of charge. However, if you have missed out your house number or put the wrong address in, no refunds will be given or replacement items sent out.
Can I return earrings?
Due to hygiene reasons as well as health and safety I can only accept returns on earrings if the purchaser can guarantee in writing that the earrings were not tried on and returned in their original plastic grip sealed bag and packaging.

I am always happy to accept items for return if you feel the item has either been clearly misrepresented, was damaged in postage or has a fault and must be agreed on by both parties. We value ourselves in being honest, hard working sellers and your satisfaction is everything to us. If you have any problems with your item please contact me directly on my personal email - email@example.com and we will resolve any issues together.
If you have an allergy to nickle or another metal and have concerns about this please feel free to get in touch and I will get you the information you require directly from our sterling silver, rose gold and yellow gold suppliers who will have this information at hand. We can offer surgical steel earrings at no extra cost but please allow 2-3 weeks ontop of current processing time.
Our products are not suitable for children under 5 as they may pose a choking hazard.
Customs information for international orders
For international orders - EU, US and NZ and AU - we fill in our own customs label under "costume jewellery" and can provide tracking info on request. Orders usually arrive within 5-12 days.
Sustainability and charity work
In accordance with Scottish law, we only ever pick wildflowers from our own or other people's private property/land with permission and never take "wildflowers" directly from source. Sustainability is essential to us and we only ever take tiny batches of flowers from one area at a time. Any botanicals unused are returned to the source or composted for the local wildlife in our garden.
We are a member of RSPB as well as donating 5% of every online sale to Hessilhead Wildlife Rescue in Beith, Scotland as a lump sum per annum. We also donate to several other charities each year via stock donations to raise funds.
Express shipping to the United States
Express shipping is now available to our lovely US, EU, NZ and AU customers and costs an additional £15 (ontop of current shipping prices of £10.45) to be sent via TNT (courier). Tracking information will be sent directly to your email address and not via Etsy. On dispatch, the parcel will arrive in 1-3 days for US, 1-5 days for AU, EU and NZ. If express shipping is needed please let me know at checkout or via message and I will send over an express shipping listing for you.
To care for your new jewellery, each piece must be kept dry at all times and must never be worn in the shower, bath or swimming pool/ sauna as this can compromise the clarity of the resin. Always store your jewellery in the presentation box provided and avoid leaving your jewellery at a windowsill in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. Please clean with a soft cloth and never use polishes etc on the resin, a clean soft cloth will do the job. Never place an item of jewellery in your mouth. Keep out of reach of children
