Swirled within our enchanting tiny crystal clear resin spheres are delicate emerald green strands of moss picked from the village of Glencoe, Scotland. These delicate spheres where then attached to sterling silver earring hooks which are hallmarked to authenticate the silver. Set within these earrings are a single, glistening peridot - the birthstone of August - and mimicking the beautiful green hills of Glencoe.
These sprigs of moss where collected by hand from the Glencoe hillsides and then lovingly dried for several weeks. Our special preservation techniques ensure that the moss will never wilt or decay and will remain a special botanical treasure for you to cherish and hold close to your heart.
The tiny spheres dripping from each earring wire are 12.5mm and are very lightweight. The peridot is real and is not synthetic. When worn, the colours of the moss shine through like glistening emeralds and are the perfect effortless accessory that adds an extra element of interest to any outfit or look. The arrangement of moss with vary ever so slightly with each order but I like to think that this makes each pair completely unique.
